Linda Lipovetsky, ChFC®, RICP®, CLTC® is a financial services and FinTech leader specializing in Customer Success, Client Experience, and Strategic Growth. Her career has been defined by one core focus: helping clients and institutions translate strategy and innovation into measurable outcomes.

Linda began her career in finance at Northwestern Mutual and UBS, working closely with clients on risk management, investment strategies, financial planning, and long-term wealth management. These roles gave her a firsthand understanding of how trust, personalization, and strong client relationships drive success.

Recognizing that technology would fundamentally reshape financial services, Linda transitioned into FinTech over five years ago, bringing her client-first mindset into high-growth technology environments. She currently serves as Senior Principal, Customer Advocacy Manager at Unqork, where she partners with leading insurance institutions to accelerate digital transformation. Her work centers on ensuring enterprise customers not only adopt new technology, but achieve tangible business impact—from operational efficiency to enhanced end-client experiences.

Linda brings a perspective shaped by both traditional finance and the FinTech frontier, highlighting how Customer Success and enduring client relationships are central to driving innovation and long-term impact.

Based in New York with her teenage son, Linda enjoys traveling, playing pickleball, exploring new restaurants, experiencing live music, and volunteering alongside her son at various community-based organizations.
