2:30 PM - Choose either a guided hike or group yoga
3:30 PM - Free time to enjoy the resort attractions (laser tag, 4D theatre, bowling) and arcade

1:00 PM - Enjoy lunch, learn more about the Fresh Air Fund's work in the Hudson River Valley through their "Sense of Place" programming, and take a short hike or do some teambuilding.

Dive into the history of the 1969 Woodstock Festival at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts. Walk the grounds where music and activism shaped a generation, and explore how art, culture, and community have left a lasting impact.
After lunch, choose your own adventure—from a breathtaking group hike or a restorative group yoga session. Later, enjoy time partaking in the hotel attractions (laser tag, bowling, and 4D theatre), and arcade.

Located in the Hudson Valley, The Fresh Air Fund’s Sharpe Reservation in Fishkill, NY, has over 2,000 acres of beautiful land with lakes, ponds, streams and hiking trails through the woods. During the school year, members of the community and school groups in the tristate area participate in our year-round environmental educational programs.
